Project Description

In this project we worked from the beginning directly with the developer. We managed the pre-wire for the network, the shades, the TVs and the security cameras. We installed and configured Control4 lighting with Control4 keypads and we distributed whole-home audio with Episode speakers.

There were 22 shades installed in the house and we used Lutron QS Sivoia.

Everything is controllable via smartphone or wall mounted keypads and touchpanels.
